THIS WEEK HIP-HOP & R&B ALBUM SALES



The Black Eyed Peas' Beginning leads the pack this week at No. 6, behind The Glee Cast's Glee: The Music, V4 (128,200), Glee Cast's Music: XMas (129,400), Jackie Evancho's O Holy Night (144,600), Taylor Swift's Speak Now (182,000) and Susan Boyle's The Gift (271,600). According to Nielsen SoundScan, the group's new album has sold 119,000 records in its first week.
Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy moved down six slots to No. 7 with 108,400. With two weeks under his belt, Yeezy's new LP currently stands at 605,500 sold records. [Check out Kanye West's Score]

Grammy-winning singer Rihanna's Loud dropped four positions to No. 10 with 77,000. After three weeks, the video vixen's latest solo effort has moved 424,700 records.
R&B singer Mariah Carey's Merry Christmas II You received a 16-slot boost to No. 12 with 64,700. After five weeks of availability, her new holiday-themed album has sold 230,000 units.
Singer Jazmine Sullivan's Love Me Back debuted on the chart this week at No. 17. After one week, her new album has sold 55,700 records.
Grammy-winning rapper Eminem's Recovery moved up a notch to No. 24 with 43,600. With 24 weeks in the books, Em's latest solo album has shelled out 3,096,400 pieces.
R&B singer Chrisette Michele's Let Freedom Reign debuted on the chart this week, landing at No. 25. After seven days in stores, her new album has sold 42,100 records.
Pop star Bruno Mars' Doo-Wops & Hooligans received a five-spot boost to No. 31 with 34,700. With nine weeks in the books, the singer's new album stands at 232,100 sold copies.
Singer Eric Benet's Lost In Time debuted on the chart this week landing at No. 33. After one week, the album has sold 32,200 records.
R&B singer Ne-Yo's Libra Scale took a hit falling 25 positions to No. 34 with 31,500. With two weeks knocked out, the singer's latest album has sold 144,000 records.
Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne's I Am Not A Human Being moved down nine slots to No. 40 with 26,300. After ten weeks, the album currently rests at 537,600 sold units.
Pop star Ke$ha's Cannibal took a hard drop moving down 26 positions to No. 41 with 26,200. With two weeks in the books, her new album has sold 100,600 records.
Evening things out at No. 50 is Ron Isley's Mr. I. After seven days in stores, the iconic singer's new album has sold 22,400 records.
Southern rapper Slim Thug's Tha Thug Show debuted on the chart at No. 89. After one week, the rapper's new album has sold 13,800 records.
Rapper Soulja Boy Tell Em's The DeAndre Way also debuted on the chart at No. 90. With seven days down, the rapper's new album has sold 13,400 copies.
