In this week's Sales Wrap, Beyonce stands fierce atop the competition at No. 1, Slim from 112 goes for self debuting at No. 32, and newcomer Ace Hood cracks the Top 50.
R&B rules this week's charts as Beyonce's new album I Am...Sasha Fierce was able to fend off leaks to secure No. 1. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the superstar received her third No. 1 release but missed gold status selling 483,200 copies in her first seven days.
T-Pain also kept things smooth this week as Thr33 Ringz dropped eight spots to No. 12 selling 61,900 albums. Pain's third project stands at 229,600 copies sold after two weeks in stores.
Rap star T.I. also fell out of Top 10 with Paper Trail landing at No. 14 this week with 50,600 units sold. With two months under his belt, the self-proclaimed "King of the South" is enjoying platinum status with 1,229,000 scanned copies.
Soulful singer John Legend dropped six spots as Evolver slipped to No. 18 with 42,000 discs moved out of stores. His third album continues its' slow push with 297,000 sold units after a month of availability.
R&B hottie Christina Aguilera fell 14 positions to No. 23 as her greatest hits collection Keeps Gettin' Better sold 31,300 copies this week. The singer's new disc has generated 104,100 in scanned discs.
Trying his hand as a solo artist, 112's Slim offered fans Love's Crazy, which reached No. 32. The smooth voiced singer was able to pull in 26,900 sold records after his first seven days in stores.
Recording legend Seal stayed on the charts this week as Soul slid 22 spots to No. 35 with 25,000 copies sold. After just two weeks in stores, the album stays put with 69,900 scanned records.
DJ Khaled's protege Ace Hood debuted Gutta at No. 36. In his first seven days, the southern rapper was able to gather 24,700 sold copies.
R&B singer Rihanna has managed to stay within Top 50 after 77 weeks on the charts as Good Girl Gone Bad dropped seven spots to No. 38 moving 24,200. Continuing to sell records, the album has been certified double platinum with 2,022,300 discs sold.
Rap superstar Lil' Wayne is also enjoying the long run of his Tha Carter III album as it dipped 15 positions to No. 41 this week selling 22,900 units. After 24 weeks on the charts, Weezy has sold 2,694,700 copies.
Keeping classy music relevant in today's times, Ne-Yo's Year of the Gentleman fell 21 spots to No. 44 as his third project moved 21,800 albums. After ten weeks on the charts, the singer's latest project stands at 622,100 units sold.
R&B superstar Jennifer Hudson fell 14 spots landing at No. 47 with 21,000 sold copies of her self-titled debut album. The Academy Award winning singer's new disc sits at 455,600 copies sold.
British soul singer Leona Lewis evens out the Top 50 as Spirit sells 19,900 albums landing five spots down to No. 50. After 33 weeks on the charts, Leona's debut project rests at 1,269,500 copies sold.
Houston rapper Lil' Keke made a small impact on the charts this week debuting at No. 119 with Loved by Few, Hated by Many. The Swishahouse artist opened the week with 5,900 records sold.
