Leading the pack this week is Young Money star Drake, as Take Care jumps three slots to No. 2 with 71,600 behind Adele's 21 (144,200). According to Nielsen SoundScan, Drizzy's sophomore album has sold 1,246,800 units after seven weeks in stores.
Atlanta rapper Young Jeezy's Thug Motivation 103 remained at No. 3 with 67,200. Headed into his third week on store shelves, the Snowman's new LP has moved 301,300 records to date.
Rap duo LMFAO's Sorry for Party Rocking jumped 11 slots to No. 5 with 49,000. With 28 weeks under their belts, the new LP has reached gold status with 523,900 sold records.
Grammy-winning star Rihanna's Talk That Talk dropped two slots to No. 9 with 42,100. Moving into her seventh week, the singer's new record has also struck gold selling 514,100 units.
Young Money leader Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV received a ten-slot boost to No. 13 with 34,900. With 18 weeks knocked out, Weezy's latest solo offering has sold 1,916,900 pieces.
Rap duo Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne jumped up 28 slots to No. 15 with 26,700. Knocking out their 21st week, the duo's joint effort has sold 1,231,700 copies.
Late singer Amy Winehouse's Lioness: Hidden Treasures moved down a notch to No. 16 with 26,000. After a full month in stores, the singer's posthumous release rests at 279,600 records.
R&B singer Mary J. Blige's My Life II...The Journey Continues fell a slot to No. 20 with 22,800. Headed into her seventh week, the "Queen of R&B's" newest offering has sold 400,800 records.
Superstar singer Beyonce's 4 moved forward 11 spots to No. 22 with 21,200. After 27 weeks, the mother-to-be's new LP has sold 1,058,300 units.
Chicago rap veteran Common's The Dreamer/The Believer dropped eight slots to No. 26 with 19,100. With 14 days in the books, the rapper-turned-actor's newest LP has moved 88,100 units.
Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller's Blue Slide Park reemerged back onto the chart moving 34 slots forward to No. 35 with 16,700. After two months in stores, his new LP has sold 253,200 copies.
R&B singer Anthony Hamilton's Back To Love dropped two slots to No. 48 wtih 16,000. With three weeks in the books, the soulful crooner's new LP stands at 120,200 pieces.
Evening things out in Top 50 is Bruno Mars' Doo-Wops & Hooligans at No. 49 with 13,600. With 65 weeks ironed out, the pop star's LP stands at 1,435,900 sold records.
