THIS WEEK HIP-HOP & R&B ALBUM SALES


Leading the pack this week is Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday, which moved up six slots to No. 3 (38,500), behind Iron & Wine's Kiss Each Other Clean (39,200) and Amos Lee's Mission Bell (40,500). The 2011 Grammy Nominees, which includes Rihanna and Drake, debuted on the chart at No. 4. After seven days on the chart, the compilation album has pushed out 38,200 copies.
Pop star Bruno Mars' Doo-Wops & Hooligans received a one-spot boost to No. 5 with 32,700. With 17 weeks knocked out, his new LP stands at 595,300 sold discs.
Spanish urban duo Wisin Y Yandel's Los Vaqueros: El Regreso debuted on the chart at No. 8. With a week under their belt, the twosome's new LP has pushed out 30,700 units.
Pop princess Rihanna's Loud dropped one position to No. 13 with 25,600. After 11 weeks in stores, the video vixen's new album rests at 865,100 sold records.
Shady Records CEO Eminem's Recovery received a one-slot boost to No. 16 with 21,300. Headed into his 33rd week, Em's latest solo offering has shelled out 3,510,500 pieces to date.
R&B veteran R. Kelly's Love Letter remained at No. 18 this week selling 19,200. With seven weeks in the books, Kells' new LP stands at 366,800 sold copies.
G.O.O.D. Music leader Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy moved down three slots to No. 19 with 18,800. Headed into his 11th week, Yeezy's comeback album stands at 981,000 sold records. [Check out Kanye West's Score]
Actor/Singer Jamie Foxx's Best Night Of My Life remained at No. 24 with 16,300. With six weeks under his belt, Foxx's new LP has sold 250,100 records.
Award-winning group Black Eyed Peas' The Beginning dropped four slots to No. 26 with 14,200. Headed into their tenth week, the crew's new LP has pushed out 455,800 units to date.

Young Money leader Lil Wayne's I Am Not A Human Being received a one-slot boost to No. 33 with 13,000. With 18 weeks in the books, Wayne's new LP has sold 717,500 records.
R&B singer Keyshia Cole's Calling All Hearts moved up five slots to No. 40 with 10,600. With six weeks knocked out, her new album has sold 214,200 copies.
R&B singer Keri Hilson's No Boys Allowed also moved up four positions to No. 44 with 9,800. With six weeks in the books, the video vixen's new LP has sold 181,800 records.

Tech N9ne and DJ Whoo Kid's Bad Season debuted on the chart this week at No. 118. After seven days in stores, the project has sold 4,400 copies.
