THIS WEEK HIP-HOP & R&B SALES

Imprisoned rapper Lil Wayne's digital-only I Am Not A Human Being release debuted on the chart this week at No. 2 while Kenny Chesney's Hemingway's Whiskey opened atop the competition with 183,500. According to Nielsen SoundScan, Wayne's album has sold 110,300 copies in the past seven days.

Grammy-winning rapper Eminem's Recovery received a one-notch boost back within the Top 5 landing at No. 5 with 59,500. With 15 weeks under his belt, Em's new album has shelled out 2,715,600 records.
R&B singer Trey Songz's Passion, Pain & Pleasure remained at No. 7 with 41,900. Headed into his first full month in stores, Triggah Trey's new album has sold 348,000 records.
Soulful singer John Legend and The Roots' Wake Up! dropped out of the Top 10 moving four slots to No. 12 with 30,600. After two weeks, the collaborative effort has sold 93,800 copies.
Jailed rapper Lil Boosie's Incarcerated debuted on the chart at No. 13. With a week in the books, Boosie's new album has pushed out 30,500 records.
Christian rapper LeCrae's Rehab also debuted this week at No. 17. After seven days of availability, his new album has sold 27,600 copies.

R&B singer Jeremih's All About You also debuted, entering at No. 27. With seven days knocked out, his latest album has sold 18,000 pieces.
Singer Donell Jones' Lyrics is yet another new album which charted at No. 28. After a week in stores, Jones' new LP has sold 17,300 records.
R&B singer Fantasia's Back To Me dropped 13 slots to No. 29 with 17,100. Headed into her seventh week, the reality star's new LP has pushed out 248,700 copies.
Renowned singer Seal's 6: Commitment opened up on the chart at No. 31. After a week in stores, his new effort has pushed 16,800.
Young Money star Drake's Thank Me Later took a hit dropping 18 spots to No. 38 with 13,700. After four months in stores, the rapper's debut album has sold 1,099,700 copies.
R&B singer Usher's Versus EP dropped 17 positions to No. 42 with 11,800. After six weeks, Usher's new project has sold 128,600.
Singer Kem's Intimacy fell 18 positions to No. 43 with 11,600. After seven weeks, the singer's new LP has sold 185,000 records.
Evening things out in Top 50 is Rick Ross' Teflon Don which dropped 13 spots to No. 46 with 10,200. With 11 weeks to his name, the "Boss'" new album has sold 416,100 units to date.
