THIS WEEK HIP-HOP & R&B SALES

Multi-platinum selling rapper Kanye West's 808s & Heartbreak led the pack this week staying at No. 3 with 50,500 sold albums. According to Nielsen Soundscan, Ye's fourth disc has sold 1,145,300 after seven weeks in stores.

R&B superstar Beyonce's I Am...Sasha Fierce slid two slots to No. 4, pushing 49,400 discs. With two months under her belt, the singer's new album has sold a total of 1,585,200 copies.

Grammy-nominated singer Keyshia Cole's A Different Me remained at No. 7 with 36,900 scanned units this week. After a month in stores, Cole's third project stands at 539,100 sold.

Jamie Foxx's Intuition is hot on Cole's heels as it moved securing No. 8 with 33,700 sold copies. With four weeks of availability, Foxx's new album has moved 448,200 units.

Konvict labelhead Akon's Freedom moved up one spot to No. 10 with 26,900 scanned pieces. Moving past his sixth week in stores, Kon's third album has sold 377,200 units.

The "King of the South" T.I.'s Paper Trail stayed at No. 13 this week pushing 22,400 albums. His sixth solo release stands at 1,576,600 after 15 weeks of availability.

Pop star Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad moved up two spots to No. 19 with 19,300 scanned copies. After 84 weeks on shelves, the singer's album stands at 2,277,600.

Grammy-winning rapper Ludacris' Theater of the Mind fell six spots to No. 20 this week with 18,900 sold pieces. The Distrubing Tha Peace leader's sixth solo release inches closer to gold with 489,300 sold copies after seven weeks.

Multi-platium selling rapper Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter III advanced three spots forward this week to No. 22 with 17,800 pushed copies. Weezy's latest disc rests at 2,918,200 scanned units.

R&B singer Ne-Yo's Year of the Gentleman moved up five spots to No. 26 with 16,300 sold albums. After 17 weeks, the singer's third album stands at 813,000 sold pieces.

Soulful singer Anthony Hamilton's Point of it All boosted upward eight spots to No. 30 with 15,000 scanned copies. The Southern artist's latest album has sold 212,600 units after a month in stores.

Southern rapper Plies' Da REAList dropped 12 positions to No. 32 moving 14,100 pieces. With a month under his belt, Plies' latest disc has sold 206,300 albums.

Renowned singer Seal's Soul moved upward four slots to No. 39 with 11,600 sold copies. His new album currently rests at 235,400 after after nine weeks on shelves.

R&B singer John Legend's Evolver remained at No. 45 with 10,900 pushed albums. Legend's third project has moved 477,200 after 11 weeks in stores.

Auto-tune hitmaker T-Pain's Thr33 Ringz slipped six spots to No. 47 with 10,700 scanned copies. After nine weeks of availability, Pain's third release stands at 440,800.

Grammy-nominated rapper Young Jeezy's Recession made a return into Top 50 moving up nine slots to No. 50 with 10,400. Jeezy's latest project currently rests at 729,700.
