THIS WEEK HIP-HOP & R&B ALBUM SALES



Leading the pack this week is Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday which moved up two slots to No. 1 with 45,300 records. According to Nielsen SoundScan, Minaj's debut album has shelled out 1,034,600 copies to date after 11 weeks. [Check out Nicki Minaj's Score].
Pop star Bruno Mars' Doo-Wops & Hooligans received a one-slot boost to No. 4 with 31,700. Heading into his 19th week on the chart, the singer's new album has sold 627,000 copies.
Grammy-winning singer Rihanna's Loud album crept back into Top 5 moving up eight positions to No. 5 with 29,400. With 12 weeks under her belt, the singer's new LP rests at 894,600 sold records.
Grammy-winning rapper Eminem's Recovery also moved back into the Top 10 climbing up six slots to No. 10 with 25,000. Headed into his 34th week, Slim Shady's new album stands at 3,535,500 sold copies.
The 2011 Grammy Nominees, which features Drake and Rihanna, dropped 11 slots to No. 15 with 22,000. With 14 days knocked out, the compilation project has shelled out 60,200 records.
R&B singer Jamie Foxx's Best Night Of My Life moved eight slots back into the Top 20 landing at No. 16 with 19,900. With seven weeks in the books, Foxx's latest solo effort has pushed out 270,000 records.
R&B veteran R. Kelly's Love Letter remained at No. 18 with 19,400. After two months in stores, the singer's latest offering has moved 386,200 copies.
Award-winning group Black Eyed Peas' The Beginning received a six-slot boost to No. 20 with 19,200. With 10 weeks completed, their new offering has sold 474,900 records.
Grammy-winning rapper/producer Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy dropped three slots out of Top 20 landing at No. 22 with 17,600. With 11 weeks in the books, Yeezy inches closer to platinum status with 998,500 sold copies. [Check out Kanye West's Score]
Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne's I Am Not A Human Being moved up eight slots to No. 25 with 15,400. With 19 weeks in the books, Weezy's newest release stands at 732,900 sold copies.
"King of the South" T.I.'s No Mercy moved up three positions to No. 28 with 15,100. Headed into his 10th week, Tip's new solo album rests at 410,100 sold discs. [Check out T.I.'s Score]
R&B singer Keyshia Cole's Calling All Hearts received a seven-slot boost to No. 33 with 13,300. With seven weeks knocked out, the album now stands at 227,500 sold discs.
The Black Eyed Peas' E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies) moved back into Top 50 with a 14-slot boost to No. 41 and 11,300 pushed records. After 87 weeks on the chart, the group's last album now rests at 2,957,900 sold discs.
Latin rap duo Wisin Y Yandel's Los Vaqueros: El Regreso dropped 34 slots to No. 42 with 11,200. After 14 days in stores, the group's latest effort has sold 41,900 records.
Video vixen Keri Hilson's No Boys Allowed received a one-slot boost to No. 43 with 11,100. After seven weeks in stores, the album now stands at 193,000 sold copies.
Evening things out in Top 50 is Trey Songz's Passion, Pain & Pleasure which moved up 12 slots to No. 44 with 10,800. After 21 weeks on the chart, the singer's new solo album has sold 673,200
